Tamara has a set workout program of strength training and cardio.
Monday - Thursday:
From 8-9 AM, Tamara meets with her personal
trainer for strength training. From 9-10 AM she does cardio work alone.
Weekends:
Does cardio on her home gym and the occasional class of rhythm (dance)
Diet:
Tamara is following a balanced eating plan, similar to Weight Watchers. She eats 3 meals a day and 2 snacks. She follows the diet quite rigorously during the week but relaxes a bit on weekends
Typical day of eating:
Breakfast: instant oatmeal and a fruit smoothie
Lunch: vegetarian quesadillas with low-fat organic shredded cheese, vegetables, organic salsa. Drinks skim milk and water.
Dinner: salad with low-fat cucumber dressing, low-fat organic pita pizza, skim milk and water
Snacks: Jell-O cup with fruit or low-fat chocolate pudding or organic rice crisps or fruit smoothie
