Top 10 Ways To Lose Body Fat
From Personal Trainer Paul Plakas

#10.  Plan what you are going to eat the day before.  Too many times people eat out of convenience and usually these foods are high in fat and calories.

#9.  Cut up raw vegetables, store them in tupperware, and carry them with you through out your day.  It is a good snack that is low in calories, plus the vitamins and minerals received by eating veggies help in metabolizing fat as a fuel source.

#8.  Never eat at fast food restaurants.  It does not matter how hungry you are or how quickly you need the food.  The foods served at fast food outlets are not only high in calories, fats and carbohydrates but also contain numerous chemicals that are toxic to the human body.  Gaining weight is the least of your concern, intestinal problems and cancers are the bigger problem.

#7.  Never eat anything packaged or processed.  Foods such as waffles, hotdogs, high sugar cereals, salami, and white bread are sure ways to pack on the fat.

#6  Avoid buying groceries in the middle aisles.  These foods contain the least nutrition and the most amount of calories and fat.  Pick foods mostly from the perimeter.

#5.  Perform exercise on a daily basis.  The exercise does not have to be intense.  The more movement your body performs the more calories you will burn.

#4.  Give something up or add something in.  One small change that you make daily will result in a huge fat loss over the course of a year.  For example a 180lb female can lose 10lbs of fat in a year if she climbs one extra flight of stairs every day.  If you drink one less can of soda pop per day, you will remove 15lbs of fat in a year.

#3.  Avoid taking calories in liquid form.  Juices, milk, alcohol and soda pop contain calories which do not satiate hunger.  Ten glasses of water per day is best, which will also help clean fermenting bacteria in your colon.

#2.  Make friends that lead healthy lifestyles.  By hanging out with your lazy beer guzzling buddies you will tend to have the same habits as they do.  Join a bike club or a running group, where people have an interest in their health.

#1.  Do not blame your fatness on genetics.  Some people are born with more fat cells and gain weight a little easier than others.  But how big those fat cells get are only due to what and how much food you put into your mouth.  Never think you cannot lose weight.  Everyone can do it.  Some people just need to work a little harder at it.
