Hi Tamara, I have watched the show the entire season, and I am the same size, height and weight as you were. I am so impressed by the similarities in us, that you have totally inspired me to start excersising more and hitting the gym! I also used to do a little modelling and I never thought to maybe do plus size jobs. Out of all the people on the show, I though you handled yourself great! I think the fact that you gave away all your bigger clothes instead of consigning or selling them was a huge insight to your true personality. People are crazy if they judge you based on income. your mom is a sweetie,my relationship with mine is a little strained at this time but i am working on that too.
you have to face a lot of issues when you decide to make lifestyle changes, there is a lot more involved than just weight loss and feleng good
in your body you need to feel good in your heart & soul as well well lady you keep it up
i'm rooting for ya
ps men talk about cars, tractors, snow removal, & sports when & if they ever admit to spending guaility time with their friends in a hot tub lol lol lol

Your daughters cracked me up! That was the funniest segment I think I have ever seen on this show. No disrespect to the organic lady, but I have to agree with your daughters on that one! Eating healthy is one thing but asking my tomato how he⁄she would like to be cut??????????? ?I also think it's great that they aren't berating you for your attempts to follow her advice. thank you for your reply and your intrest in the classes i have started at home and your support , i know you must be busy with 2 teen agers a husband a business and a job and the show so your taking the time to answer is apprichated,
i am 47 ( this april 19th ) married 30 years, 2 kids, and 3 step children ( although i hate that word !!) i no longer work due to degenertive bone disease , and i miss it !!
i do water arobics 3 times a week to keep fit and mobile, i love them
the clases i started consist of 10 stations and we do it to up beat music for 30 sec on each peice and do 3 rounds i will extend the time when the others get the nack of it i have lost 10 lbs and 3 inches in the first 6 weeks, next weigh in is the 16th , so we do cardio. & strength you are doing great and look fantastic
you keep it up . i will be here for you and again thank you for your support, the clothing give away was great
your friends werr happy, you got some good taste girl
so lets move these butts it has been 29 yrs science i have been in a 2 peice suit as well so lets get to it !!!!!!

Breast cancer took my own dear mother at age 61 less than two years ago. Don't let cancer get you off track. I learned to channel my own anger and despair and decided to beat gym equipment to death. Use that pent up energy!

Every week I watch to see how you are doing and you are doing great. I hope I can do as well. Last week my heart broke when I heard about your breast cancer, my mom had breast cancer 5 years ago and it has not returned. So keep yourself healthy and you will do fine keep up the good work. i too lacked the motivation to get this butt moving, but i am following the show and am working right along with you all , i started a fitness class in my house 2 nighta a week and i do water arobics 3 days a week i am 198 lbs ( for probaly the 5th time in my life i go up & down loike a yoyo
